Do I need a subscription?

You can enjoy Tomo Box's core gameplay and relationship progression without a subscription. AI features have free usage allowances, with an optional subscription for enhanced capabilities.

Can I customize my character?

Of course! Customize its appearance, personality, backstory, speaking style, and voice using the companion app.

Can my character remember me?

Yes! Tomo Box includes long-term memory to help your companion remember preferences and shared moments.

Does Tomo Box need Wi-Fi?

You'll need Wi-Fi for setup and cloud-based features. However, your character's daily routine can continue offline.

Does Tomo Box have a battery?

No. Your character's little home needs to stay plugged in using USB-C power.

Does the app work with my phone?

The Tomo Box companion app is designed for both iOS and Android.

What languages are supported?

English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese are currently supported. The final launch language list will be confirmed before release.
